At Aconchego House, GAT is promoting a moment where dancing goes hand in hand with conversation, for all those interested in an informal guided lesson and socializing following the sensual and smooth movement of kizomba. The initiative by Nírio Sebastião, a GAT activist, aims to create a space where Angolan culture is the reason for bringing communities together to promote #PrEPnaComunidade crowdfunding, the well-known GAT “vaquinha” to improve the facilities of the GAT Intendente center and provide free PrEP consultation, especially aimed at trans people, non-binary people and people involved in sex work.
